I believe these are rebaged Denso Air Filter P/N: 014930-0620 Made in Japan.Ryco sell air filters for the BA/BF Turbo's - P/N: A1575 and believe it or not, they too are made in Japan! Can pick these up for about $24.Does anyone have specs on both of these filters? So, to save some coin, is the filter that Ford supply exactly the same as the Ryco filter?Does anyone know how to get their hands on Denso P/N: 014930-0620 and if so where and how much?Maybe someone can these filters even cheaper! If so, please advise where and how much!Thanks....

bjcrown Donating Members 182 Member For: 19y 1m 7d Posted 10/11/12 10:30 PM Author Share Posted 10/11/12 10:30 PM Ok guys, all these years I've been purchasing Ryco Air Filters (P/N: A1575). The other day I went to purchase one and have noticed the make up of this air filter by Ryco has changed. The outer edge is now made of plastic with a rubber surround - no longer all "paper" based. The new one looks like the "paper pleats" are not as "well pleated / or as bulky" as the older one.I've also noticed that they are no longer made in Japan but in Bulgaria! Has anyone used this new type? What do you you guys think? It used to look like this!: http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/online-store/products/Ryco-Air-Filter-A1575.aspx?pid=155720#DescriptionAnyone purchased an air filter from Ford recently? Any changes?

Just buy a k&n panel filter and be done with it. Save money in the long run
