I have never noticed anything wrong with my car...until a couple of weeks ago when I had 4 friends in the car, I noticed when I hammered it I felt vibration coming from the rear of the car at my best guess. It kinda sounded like it was coming from the diff but it would only do it when I floored it while I was going slow....I couldnt get the same amount of vibration if I planted it while crusing. It just seem to be when car was being hammered from going slow.... anyone got any ideas on what this could be? the car is 03 BA xr6t. Its never happened any other time only with a full car.

I thought it might be:

something to do with diff?

tyres unbalanced

tyres maybe scrapping body?

Hey Osonvs,

I'm sorry but I can't help you with it, but I have to say I have experienced something similar.

I only ever get it after a real boot-full, which is rare to say the least. I get a vibration/shudder type feel. Is that what happens to you?

Never at any other time so I have no idea what it could be. Would enjoy seeing what others have to say about this.

Cheers mate,

Dan

Nah Osonvs,

My car is as stock as a rock I think (It may have been lowered a touch before I got it as it seems a little lower then usual, but I've done no work myself.)

I have started getting a bit of a clicking sound on occasion when parking/turning slowly which I hear can be no more than loose power steering parts (Power steering mounts/racks etc), but I was under the impression that it could have been CV's as well...

Cheers,

Dan
