Most definatly sounds like an exhaust leak in the first video. (look for cracks/blown out gasket material)

Ensure your using the correct oil in your engine as the valve train will knock a bit if it's wrong.

(my old EF falcon made these bad rocker tapping noise's after putting the wrong oil in the old girl)

The knocking sounds similar to one ive had. Its actually one of the pullys on the belt at the front of the motor.

Been a few weeks but I've checked the manifold bolts and 2 were loose on the front on the motor,, all the turbo bolts are as tight as my ass so they can't be it..

Rud: I got all my pullys changed last service as my idler was stuffer and tensioner was bouncing around too much..

Cccc: boost solenoid makes a noise?

I reckon my BA auto (stock) has the irregular tapping sound in the second vid, and has done for the 2.5 years that I've had it. Listening through a screwdriver, it is loudest in the belt/idler/pulley area. It hasn't gotten any worse in that time. It only makes the noise once the engine is warm. I told my mechanic about it, he thought it was the idler pulley and didn't seem to worried about it.
