I use an old school safety razor pretty much everyday with just gilette foam in a can for convenience I think this works best razor blades are f/all chuck a new one in every week or so and its dirt cheap.

Also have a Phillips 3 head electric one I use if I carnt be bothered with the razor my stubble wont cut after 2 days with electric anyway to thick and I find you get more ingrown hairs with electric over razor as the razor scrapes the old skin off.

Safety razor is win in my opinion I get rashs with those gilette and mach 3 things after awhile a month or two and would never be able to shave daily like I do with the safety razor

Had to google safety razor.. I get horrible rash using Gillette Mach 3 or Fusion pro glide.. I even remember regretting the purchase of the gillette mach 3 power (the one that vibrated for some stupid reason).

But I actually do okay with the 2 blade disposable razors from Gillette.. Interestingly enough I found that I can't put much pressure on it at all.. However that means I lose the ability to have a 'close' shave.. So razor or electric shaver basically does the same job.. Agreed though that electric is useless if you don't use it daily..

Can I just point out that Pazz exfoliates with a chux, lol. He's not using anything girly.

Generally a strong sneeze or cough would knock the whiskers off my face, so I normally use electric. When I feel like it I enjoy the process of a proper shave with a good shave cream and hot water. I also have a friend that is a barber and whenever I get a haircut I get him to give me a shave with the cut throat razor.

Clean shaven and a haircut, extra babyface ensues and I look about 12...feels nice though...lol

I wouldnt knock the safety razor until you try it I used to get bad rashes and ingrown hairs etc with those gilette mach 3 etcs switched to the safety razor and 100% better im only 27 btw and needing to shave everyday for work a rash doesn't look real good once you get used to it a shave takes 5-10 minutes
