Hi all, just wanted to find out what others have upgraded to with their BA brakes. Mines got the FPV premium upgrades on it but theyre sh*te. Im after black or blue calipers and dont really like the Brembos too much (my opinion). If anybody has any site links, pics or suggestions would be great, thanks.

They get shudder too easily. All it takes is a few good runs at the strip and they get shudder. I have replaced rotors and pads 3 times in 4yrs and they work out to $720 each time. Im sure I could of got some descednt brakes for that much that would still be fine. Yeah,AP is what im looking at at the moment. Dont like the red to be honest so trying to get the black or silver.

Each time you've replaced your brakes in the past have you replaced them with factory rotors and pads? If not what have you been replacing them with?

AP is great gear from what I've heard but not cheap equipment.

ebxmple - I've got basically the same thing on mine but the red PBR aftermarket kit - never had shudder once in almost 50,000k's and two sets of pads - try some aftermarket discs if you haven't already!

there is absolutely nothing wrong with brembo brakes

you're getting brake shudder because you're not using he right pads and mainly rotors for more than just daily driving

look at DBA slotted rotors and decent brake pads.
