hahahah must of been a wog tune :buttonit:

he did say 300 on stock squirters was possiable.................................at your donks dismay :buttonit::buttonit::buttonit:

330rwkw mate there is an epic thread in the bowels ~ 2005

The pipework will be restriction IMO, I think youll make around 350.

Mine makes 330- 370 depending on the dyno (10% variance.) on standard cross over.

difference is I have a fark off custom turbo back hi-flow 4" turbo back exhaust that will support well over 500rwkw.

overkill I know, but it was a prototype 4 years ago.

makes the power on 15-16 psi. time 4 new pipe work, cooler and plenum

fark knows what I can screw out of it then :innocent:

just found 300+ enough for the street.

Importantly , just don't jam in the boost to make power without supporting hardware

Right, the Hyperflow cooler was installed this morning, took about 3 hours, with some slight modifications made to the front steel bar and the silicone bend.

I run a Hyperflow cooler and it's much bigger. Is that a Wog/Monza cooler.

Where did ya get it ?

Nope, hyperflow.

When you say much bigger - that's a little hard, there is absolutely no more room, there is 1-2mm between the steel bar at the cooler and its pretty much hard pressed on the condenser.

Then on the bottom it hangs below the bottom of the bar, the top cant go any higher otherwise it hits the headlight. The sides cant go any wider without cutting apart the steel bar.

Came of a BF Foon fitted by C&V...

Its this one:

Nah it's not wog or monza, looks more like the capa ones. I.e horrible.

But if it works well I suppose...

Just be careful mate cause I doubt you have good rods and if your running crazy boost to get a good number something could go wrong.

Infact Dilion you are correct. Capa.

I assume the OP didn't source it from CV.

My Hyperflow cooler did not require any nibbles to make it fit.

It handles at least 1/2 dozn dyno pulls within 3 rwkw

No matter, upgrades coming soon :w00t2:

Ahh, this is fun, you guys are going to argue with me on the cooler I have.

The capa cooler has a completely different top outlet, completely different bracket mounting system. Tell me how the fitting kit bought directly from Hyperflow (do you want a picture of the invoice?) fits the intercooler like a glove? The only 'nibbles' I made were for piece of mind - have a look here if you think they are a perfect fit:

You must have been the only one who didnt have a problem... :buttrock:

I didnt source it from CV, however one of my close mates BF F6 had previous work done (with invoices) by CV who fitted the cooler, who I then bought it off.

Looks rough at the moment, granted, needs a polish...

As I stated, my goal is 320 at 12Psi, nice and safe. torque and fuel economy is the main objectives.
