Hey Guys

I have had this problem for ages, and its now getting my annoyed.

My clutch makes a whiny/sqeaky noise when using it, (pushing in and out) I have taken a photo of where it is coming from.

Can I lube up with shaft where the clutch runs up and down on?

Its coming from the black tube seen in the photo, I think it's the master cylinder....please correct me if I'm wrong.

Any help would be good, I do have a sound bite as well.

Nah, it should get better the more it's used if it's lubed.

I'd be doing all the pivot points as the noise may well be coming from somewhere else.

as in inside the cabin? or in the bonnet?

I looked in the bonnet, can't see any moving parts that are clutch related.....

I sprayed anything I could that looked like it moved where black slave cylinder is. But I don't rekon it's made a lick of difference.

Very frustrating.

In the cab. The main pedal pivot above where the master cylinder is mounted. In your picture you can see a spring above the master cylinder. Spray some in that pivot point and see how you go.

Hey I had the same in the ute, turned out to be the spring beside the cylinder binding. Try covering the spring in grease

I had this when I changed my clutch fluid I had to repeat pushing the pedal in and out a lot of times to clean the fluid out and the the sound started, it sounded like a springy annoying sound I tried spraying everything I could find but didnt help at all it just went away after a week of normal use so I guess I was lucky
