If you spot a car and still have it and even if doing a contract subject to sale - you lose an important barganing chip. To get the best deal ya gotta have cash, with no baggage. Dealers lose deals to this type of crap all the time - gotta sell a boat, sell another car, etc. To deal with people fluffing around and them having to invest more time in closing a deal, they move less on price. It's a 'dick around' clause - reward for effort. The only way to truly screw them is a cash sale and normally just before the end of month. Sell your car, find your 'T' and I'm happy to negotiate for you

BANNED Inactive Members 1 Member For: 16y 6m Posted 07/03/11 10:23 PM Share Posted 07/03/11 10:23 PM I am in pretty much the same boat.I'm going to step out of my Bogan special and into a XR6T hopefully. The 50th T seems to be a good buy but cheapest I can find is $45k (QLD also). I have seen some normal Ts with leather for sub $40k so if you can get your hands on a 50 or an optioned T for less than $40k I don't think the F6 is worth the stretch. Cheapest I have been able to find an F6 demo for is about $59k with Leather. Group buy!?Good luck with the hunt!
