OK, car goes back in on Monday. They actually called me this morning to see if I was satisfied with the service provided yesterday. I said no, not really

At which point he starts calling me 'Sir' :D

Described the problem, and he says he never heard of it :ermm:. I says it seems to have happened to quite a few vehicles that have gone in for the brake shudder fix (thanks for the info FordTech). He says they will have a look on Monday, thank you SIR.

Had mine in yesterday for 2nd machining of front rotors and the supposed fix. Steering shudder when reversing out of parking area. Went straight back into service and got the shrugged shoulder treatment. Never had that before they said. It seems to have settled down now though. :ermm:

I've heard that spraying the car with the blood of a freshly sacrificed white chook, then sprinkle some dried bats innards mixed with eye of newt gets rid of drive-line shunt as well...........

I believe that freshly shaved scr*tum of a Ford engineer can induce IMMEDIATE results.

The threat of the above produces INSTANTANEOUS results

Once you have a White Leghorn firmly clenched in your left mit and a gleaming surgicaly sharp hatchet firmly clenched in your right mit and a manical gleam in your eye, how do you determine if said White Leghorn is sound of mind?

I hope that's not the same leghorn as in the cartoon "Foghorn Leghorn", I love that cartoon!
