They actually called me this morning to see if I was satisfied with the service provided yesterday. I said no, not really At which point he starts calling me 'Sir' :D Described the problem, and he says he never heard of it . I says it seems to have happened to quite a few vehicles that have gone in for the brake shudder fix (thanks for the info FordTech). He says they will have a look on Monday, thank you SIR. Steering shudder when reversing out of parking area. Went straight back into service and got the shrugged shoulder treatment. Never had that before they said.
