I wonder if this sensor is stuffed on my car?Might have to go back to ford for warranty which is always fun!FGF6 Edited 15/02/11 02:07 AM by bru00z

About 6 weeks ago the A/C didn't want to play and would blow uneven temps for the dual zone (if passenger was warmer/driver colder it would be reversed) and even on its coldest setting on a 30 degree day it was not cooling the cabin. Went back to Ford (again) and they found some of the internal flaps had broken, had to replace a couple of these and now works great. Apparently even when calling for full cooling the heating vent wasn't fully closing and it wouldn't get below 27 degrees. The service guy at Ford mentioned it was a pretty common problem so something to keep an eye out for.
