Tranny seems to shift back to 1st once the car comes to a complete stop causing the whole car to lurge forward.If I shift to neutral or use manual mode to downshift to 1st before the car is stationary then it doesn't do it. The idle was raised to around 700rpm also. bunna Donating Members 813 Member For: 18y 8m 28d Posted 20/02/11 01:23 AM Share Posted 20/02/11 01:23 AM You've changed the engine calibration!The factory engine cal has contingencies inbuilt to compensate for the mismatch between trans behaviour and powertrain, you've thrown that out and replaced it.Unless you can change the trans calibration as well (which Ford can't even do easily), or somehow alter your PCM logic, you have what you have. Going to be great when the zf tune software comes out.. Makes the good gearbox better, almost great...
