Yeah had mine done 2 weeks ago, went in to have the seal replaced and they replaced the glass, they didnt tell me. When I contacted Webasto about the recall I gave them the serial number of the roof they told me it was done. It took about 45 mins.

I got home this afternoon to find a letter from ford, didnt think much of it

opened it up, to find my car has been recalled for the sunroof needing to be replaced

so I guess I have to make a call to a dealer to book it in and have it done,

so if you have a sunroof and your not the original owner, I think you should ring and check with ford to make sure yours isnt on the list

Well I finely Rang a ford dealer about this today.

Was told everyone will be getting another letter as the recalled parts are no good and have also been recalled.

Has anyone else heard this?

Had mine done yesterday, Didn't realise a sunroof shop could have done it.

Spent an hour this arvo adjusting the heights and gaps. Avoid the ford dealer if you can.

Well I finally got mine done this arvo at ford, took them 2 hours and still couldn't manage to fit it right. Told me to take it home and just see how it goes and I push the number 2 to make it go back and it makes a nice banging sound now and doesn't go right back and I cant manually over ride it with the arrow buttons. Big fail, but that's what happens when mines the first one they've done cause I work there and they've F**ked it up, when I go to work tomorrow I'm getting them to fix it the useless twats.

Had mine done the other day at ford and it now sits about a 1cm higher at the real when its closed...does anyone know how to adjust it so its sits lower and flush with the roof when shut....im not taking it back to ford as mine was the second one they had done and they will no doubt f*ck it if I let them tinker...:crybaby:

Well I'm gunna let them try again and in case they stuff it again im gunna get a copy of the recall with all the steps on how to do it which is all they follow and attack it myself. Im pretty sure im more capable then the useless mechanic they put on the job, and mine also sits really high out of the roof as well, looks like sh*t compared to what it used to.
