Yeah its a manual. I am reasonably comfortable that the clutch can survive as I am not really chasing 300rwkw as tempting as that number is!!

Around 260rwkw should easily suffice and at this stage I won't be chasing any more (likely story! :innocent: )

Obviously if my mods allow me to go higher and still be a relatively safe tune, I won't complain.

So looks like a high flow cat is recommended, I will add that to the list. If I am already looking at cat back, and now a high flow cat is it worth doing turbo back if I'm not chasing 300+rwkw? Would rather put the money to other stuff than overkill on exhaust.

Any recommendations on injectors? Most people use the deka 60lb afaik - any other options if I'm not chasing 300+?

Bosch 968s give nicer idle quality but max at low 300s. No point doing turbo back for that level.

Take a look at my signature for ideas mate... it did make 300rwkw but was eased off due to valve float... you wont have to worry about that though having a mk2 BF

The actuator upgrade was only added for good measure but you could get by without it. If you also decide to leave the F6 cooler off the list I reckon you will get close to what I'm getting... so Injectors, cat and tune will = :3gears:

Oh and in regard to oil feed line and filter... I had my oil feed filter changed in my service the other day, good maintenance... keep that oil flowing fast to the turbo!!! :spoton:

Thanks guys, appreciate the response. I will grab some 42lb injectors. If I can source an F6 cooler, I will look at that as well. Can't hurt! :)

I am thinking about chucking in a Mal Wood short shifter too, may as well while everything else is being done!

Next stop, new rotors, followed by tuner... safety first!

The FPV cooler is not great for higher levels, although it will flow enough air, it will not cool well.

We normally have the Mal Wood shifters in stock
