Fck off Yasi you Cnt...

Gonna bunker down stairs now. See you all tomorrow!

How about you go and pick up my motor at Innisfail and then drive down to Sydney and stay at my place?

I'll give you petrol money and have a nice cold beer waiting for you!

The biggest problem will be the storm surge. It is like a 2m tidalwave that will race inland ahead of the storm front and flood a vast area.

That coupled with the 200+km/h winds and 1m of rainfall does not equal a plesant situation.

I recommend that everyone get out NOW, as in a few hours it will be too late.

Please be safe and hopefully it does a 180deg turn a p!sses off out to sea where it belongs.

mackay is still on the south side of this ,they are not expecting too much from the wind but are more worried about water levels rising . apparently it's the south side of the cyclone that gets all the pressure on the ocean.

This image is still the scariest: http://www.goes.noaa.gov/sohemi/sohemiloops/shirgmscol.html

What's going on to the east of the cyclone though? Looks like a little sister is forming and tagging along for the ride. :omg:

there was talk of one forming behind yasi a couple of days ago and predicted to come in lower than yasi , but their pretty anal about saying anything about things they do not have proof of yet on weatherzone so the guy was told to STFU until yasi is gone and they can see whats happening.
