_John_ Member 287 Member For: 14y 3m 27d Gender: Male Posted 30/01/11 02:00 AM Share Posted 30/01/11 02:00 AM One point I raised with Steve on the phone just before: how tough are these motors seriously? This car is a daily driver, a real everyday - work and back - daily driver, its done more miles on the dyno than my car has on the street, it`s done more passes at Willowbank than the sweeper tractor. It`s not some wildly modified engine either, just some key changes and expert tuning.having spent so much time pushing this car down the staging lanes, leaning on it waiting, resting my coke and hot chips on the roof and finally watching it run, I can fully concur with Spiro`s suggestion that it will run 10:85 in the cooler months if all the ducks line up.
