Hey does anyone have any pics or ideas of what size and how many subs will fit in these supercab utes I was thinkin two 12" subs in sealed enclosures, splits, coaxials and two big amps but mainly concerned about sub box space

Cheers Dylan

I had 2 12" alpine r types in my old ute, sealed enclosure running behind the seats. Worked extrmely well, with just a set of upgraded fronts it was a pretty good stereo. I have also seen 4 10" subs behind the seats.

I had 2x 15's in a sealed box. the box was behind the passenger seat on the ledge, and then stepped up 50mm for the trans tunnel hump. if you looked in the front window the 2nd sub sat dead centre.

I lost probably the last 4 clicks of seat adjustment in the passenger seat but drivers seat was normal. Had an amp under each seat.

Pumped HARD!

Use the new Alpine subs.... SWR T10 or 12's. 3 1/2' mounting depth. I have had a look at them on Bassbox and they good curve even in a box as small as 15 Litres (12' Sub). I haven't checked te 10...

This is what I will be putting in my car in the next month or so....

Two subs is REALLY unnecessary in a ute, one sub is easily enough to over power the splits. All well and good if you like muddy sound though.

As for the box, you just need a smaller 12 box, I had mine behind the passenger seat and an amp under the drivers seat.
