It was suposed to have 355kw b4 but have changed from old capa tune and changed intercooler piping. Didnt think it would have needed 18psi to get there. Also boash 044pump and surge tank fitted. Also af were bout 11.5 abd 700odd torque. I thought boost would have been lower and torque higher

Mine is roughly the same as yours micheal. BA with prob the same mods except no turbo mod yet. Car ran happy at 360rwkw but boost was out there and uncontrollable so backed off a little and ended up happy at 330rwkw with 18lb boost. The car initially comes on boost at 15-16lb then climbs a bit to the 18lb up top.

My afr's are the same as yours also so I'd suggest like I am doing next (and should have as tuner said to!) is to flow the exhaust housing and add an 8lb actuator to control boost easier and lower with same power.

I trust my tuner but its like anything, you play you pay!

would be a manual.

manual + stock oil pump gears + stock ba motor + not enough exhaust flow (suprised you got 340rwkw with only your current setup) .... IMO, enjoy it whilst it lasts....hope you have an after market clutch and something like a t56 gbox. Id go another dyno. Either way tke it to the track asap.

although 340 will be heaps of fun :D

18 pound seems like way to much boost to get that number and on a BA I would say it's more of a 'when' not 'if', and bjc 18 pound to get 330? WTF?? And how well would an 8 pound actuator control 18 pound?
