Motorsport Connections are now doing one for our cars and the use a far superior filter and Speedflow connections and banjo! They are currently on special for AU$175.00. What is the usual price? A turbo can be damaged by not enough oil pressure as well as too much oil pressure. I am not aware of the science behind it.PSI40,It is a b**ch of a job but seems easy now that I've done it. Make sure you have a 24mm deep socket (repco have them) and a 12.5mm extension bar for your ratchet. Also a cut down spanner if you want to keep the old oil line intact.Read this thread thoroughly: Make sure you have 2 new copper washers from Ford (about $3 each). These seal the new banjo fitting.The turbo currently has an adapter that allows the old banjo fitting to connect to it. The new line only has a banjo at the oil switch end so the new line screws directly into the turbo. Note that the fitting supplied will not sit flush in the turbo housing - it is not a problem however. At first I thought I'd been supplied the wrong fitting.Hint: remove the top bolts on the rear heat shield an gently move aside. This will allow better access to the turboCheck & tighten all fittings on the new line PRIOR to installing it. This was my one mistake and oil was leaking out.(the other mistake was the missus reversing over the old line and totally rooting it.If you wan't your install to look pretty then check the last few entries here: Mean't to say 125mm extension. RDP use them but are $207 so seem a bit dearer than some. They do come with everything however including the copper washers. What I like though is the filter is off to the side (RDP fit them on the passanger side of engine) as opposed to the front, like the ebay earls kits. Looks a bit neater IMO.
