my car is tuned to the 60pound injectors currently on pump fuel.I just put some 1000 pound injectors in and started car and it was running rich but it was slugish down low till boost come on then ran fine just a little black smoke.I put some e85 in tank just to see what car would do and now its a bucket of sh*t and my tuner is away on holidays :( for 2 weeks.I would have thought if e85 needs 30-40% more fuel and I have gone a bigger injector it should have been close. any ideas?

Cheers

Bloody dangerous with the power your car is running!!!

Close doesn't cut it with a tune... Hence, that's how you blow bottom

My suggestion... Empty E85 through surge tank...

Replace the 60lb injectors back in and refuel on 98... f*ck around with E85 when your tuner is ready to play!

I think ill just leave in garage till dion gets back from slutting around.

car was planned for e85 and injectors and dion did a tune for it which should have got car going good enough for him to retune.Just didnt workout like that :(

yeah the computer is prol telling the injectors to work at 90% duty cycle max= 54pounds, and will now be telling the new ones to run at same duty cycle (more or less) ! :bangcomputer:

is prol not too much danger, but will be running rich as no doubt.

is raw fuel dripping out the exhaust? im surprised your getting any combustion burn at all!

Need to increase timing etc to match extra fuel...
