So ive had the turbo territory for all of a month and a half and I'm over the premuim sound, lol. basically I'm after some of the tech heads advice on a shopping list. The budget is restricted to 'affordable'. But I'm after a full replacement of the factory items.

4x 5 inch speakers for the doors.

2x tweeters for the front.

1x 8 inch sub.

and an amp to suit.

As an example, I enjoy listening to my standard system on 25 (perfect volume level to get the blood pumping), but the metal, and hard rock we listen to gets all distorted around the 18-20 mark. (I know, listen to dance, or more mellow music at 25 and enjoy what I've got, but that sh*t doesn't pump a car load of 6 blokes when we're headin out for a wakeboard, lol)

Im also looking for an online site, or an affordable place to purchase these items from over the phone. I have an audio guru that will fit and 'tune' the system for me, but his advice was to speak to the 'sound guru's' from this site as they would have a LOT better idea of what works well in these vehicles. Also, can someone tell me where the sub and amp are located in the 7 Seat territory ghia.

Pleas insert shopping list here... LOL.

Cheers guys.

get your self an audiocontrol LC6i to interface with the ICC

my reccomendation is to head to a few car audio shops and listen to speakers on the board in your price range

and bring your cds , listen to them an see whichs sounds good to you (we all hear differently so what sounds good to me , may ot to you)

when u know what want , go shopping ,both online and instoere ( jb-hifi is usually pretty good), there are a few 8" subs around that are good

a small monoblock is easliy hidden away .

if your budjet can strech get a 4 ch amp. (jaycar are good for good quality amps)

when you have your gear, come back to the forum and we will help u get it all up and sounding sweet
