I understand how the actual bar fits up, my problem is the new fog lights and the fog light surrounds.I bought the fog lights from fibresports to suit the bar. I wanna know how to wire it up and fit it to the bar..They come with a switch? can I somehow use the existing fog light wiring loom, and the cabin switch instead of the provided switch? Is there an adaptor of some sort? Also how have others fitted the fog light surrounds, seems asif they have to be glued/double sided tape to the bar?If theres someone whos done it and can give me a hand/do it LOL we can work something out.I'd rather have a crack myself then take it somewhere.Cheers Mike.. One of the many reasons I didn't end up doing it

On your front bar there should be some right angle aluminium brackets moulded on the bar already. The lights will mount on these brackets. The fog light covers will go over the top of the lights. Theres no instructions, it’s pretty self explanitory. You probably will jack the car up, so you can get your hands behind it. Or take the bar off if it’s to fiddly. The lights have a on/off switch also- so you will need to wire them up. We have the lights in stock."Hmm just went and had a look, and I have no aluminium brackets moulded on the bar, wtf? I emailed them back asking what my options are..I might just piss the fog lights off altogether.

Anyway we have the right angle brackets- we can sell them to you for $4 each, so you need 4. (2 for each light). You would either screw them in- or pop rivet them in. They arent visable so you wont see.I asked if they will suit the bar I have, if they do im thinking a fully sick super glue instead of screwing the brackets into a glass bar, it might end up cracking down the track..If it works, I still dont have a clue how to wire the lights up.. Anyone?? Surely someone has dont it before?

And the "fully sick super glue" your thinking of is called araldite."In 1983, British advertising agency FCO Univas set up a visual stunt presentation of the strength of Araldite by gluing a yellow Ford Cortina to a billboard on Cromwell Road, London, with the tagline "It also sticks handles to teapots". Later, to demonstrate more of its strength, a red identical Ford Cortina was placed on top of the yellow Cortina, with the tagline "The tension mounts". Finally, the car was removed from the billboard, leaving a hole on the billboard and a tagline "How did we pull it off?".
