Other than replacing the stock clutch what else is needed to support around 450kw all day every day?

Not much...

Are you talking 450rwkw???

450kw is easy for the manual...

450rwkw is getting towards it's limits... But it will still handle it!

Will need a very decent clutch though? Mal Wood option 5 or 6?

ive got a MalWood Ace Option 3+ clutch in my TR6060, it's help up to 50,000km of hard driving and extensive motorsport (drifts, grip, and drags) which ive dumped clutch a LOT. and it's still going strong.

the weakpoints on the gearboxes are the synchros.

ive destroyed all the synchros for 2nd and 4th gear. (at the point of breaking them, there wasnt an option of rebuilding box with individual parts, could only buy a new box, so we removed the debris and put box back together, so I could break it bigtime :P)
