I've just noticed my T's original cooler is the same colour as the earlier BA seroes (black) instead of the usual grey ones, and it has next to zero air flow!

The servicing kit is not cheap is it?

Yeah mine was black too, on my 2007 BF. Pretty sure it is just paint though, not a different design.

alloy tray for $300 new from dyno-mite performance. service ontop will be like 100$-150$. When they put the pan back on just tell them to put the new pan on.

$1000 bucks wow! Cost me Just over $400 and that included steel pan, new filter and 6 litres of ZF oil!

For those in the South Sydney Area S & H Automatics do a full service including a Steel Pan and Filter for $440.00!

Also did you know that all Jag's that sport the 6HP26 (I.e same one in the T's) have a Steel pan from factory!

Sounds awesome, the alloy kit seems like the best thing that ever happened to the ZF 6SP

Yup, unfortunately we get raped for everything down here in NZ, prob could have found cheaper but went with the best as I was about to turn up the boost. :3gears: Preventative maintenance.
