GST.On top of that I am fabricating my own 4" intake, airbox and battery relocation kit.It fits a K&N Pod 6">5" x 9 1/2" long.Still to come:Fabricating my own cat back, I have plenty of 4" stainless tube and bends at my disposal so will be going 4" right through. But I might split into two 3" tips at the rear muffler.Muffler Choice:Middle Muffler:Rear Muffler:same as aboveorWhat are your thoughts? If there is droning I could possible slip one of these in to help get rid of it?You'll need to port the wastegate and put a larger flap on there to control the boost. So R-SPEC, I will need to do that with a full 4" zorst?Option b) is to use the 4-3" split as middle muffler then run twin 3" but didnt want to buy an extra muffler if I could get out of it. I suppose Magnaflow would have a twin 3" in twin 3" out muffler? It will be routed the same way as stock up to the middle muffler. Only difference from there when it goes over the diff it wont go back down. It will comtinue up over the chassis and run straight out from there. There will be roughly 6 1/2" between top of chassis to underneath of tray. Oh yeah if anyone didnt know the tub is comin off and custom tray is goin on. see my other thread in ute section.Or what are thoughts on this option (excuse my paint skills, glad my welding is better than that)Middle muffler is 4" in to split 3". Then rear mufflers are 3" in to split 3 or 2 1/2". Would there be a problem with that set up because the pipe on left of pic is much longer than the right? Also would 3" into twin 3" at the tips create a horrible fart noise? Edited 13/03/11 12:46 AM by S3XR6T

But this is a manual! An it has a stock clutch.... Well sorry to burst Anyones bubble! And unless ive been under a Rock since the FG's came out... Surley the stock clutch will not handle 300+rwkw.... When I just had my flash tune, which made like 240rwkw.... My stock clutch died after 2 weeks in my BA... I'm a pretty hard launcher and driver but still points out the fact if u intend on doing 1/4 your Clutch will not hold up! I got a malwood option 3 for my new tune I did! After my tune I made 326rwkw and soon getting a 16/17psi tune and then an 20ltr E85 tune... My clutch is holding up perfectly!! Apart from slave cylinders dying. But yeh just a heads up I hope you take into consideration the clutch man.... But good luck! And have fun with your new beast!
