Guards will be fully welded around where they contact outer frame and wherever possible where they contact with the 100x50 running up the inside underneath. With the 40x20 running across and fully welded to the outer frame it should all hold pretty rigid. Also theres always the option to add more bracing before the timber gets screwed down.
