I know I'm a framer but damn, we don't work to the .# of a millimeter hahaha. The round corner on the tub will make it interesting! Anything going around the outside, like a border? Or just the boards and that's it?

This isnt gunna be like slapping 100 frames up in a day haha. Anyway, the benders have told me now that they cant bend aluminium because it will just collapse. So now I have to fabricate the corners myself. So I am thinking of a revised design where the frame is radiused but the decking still has squared corners. Looking at it now I thing I prefer the rounded corners on the decking also. Opinions??? Edited 09/04/12 10:07 PM by STAINOnegger

I'd hope its not like putting up a frame..the tolerances would be all sorts f*cked up lol

Seen wall frames completely in wrong spot. Double studs that are not double studs and meant to land my beam on top of them. Anyway. Stainless is no go as way to heavy. Its easily what I would choose if it was lighter. And the bender said steel with 6mm wall he can do a 200mm inside radius. I want a 50mm inside radius.
