ran into a problem today... although it will fix the number plate issue...

I completely covered where u gotta let the spare down from... haha.. no biggie... it will be behind the numberplate now and the numberplate will be on a spring loaded hinge... so wile im at it ill bring it forward somehow...

this aluminium one is only temporary anyway... whatever changes are needed will be documented and revisions made to the cad drawings for the next one ;)

I just gotta get it on so I can fit my 4" nizpro exhaust and have it roadworthy for Pitlane when they road test it after its tune monday week...

Anyone know a good auto elec within 20km of dandenong? Gotta get resistors put in for the led tail lights.

right now the indicators are flashing as though a globe is blown and a warning pops up on the dash. DSC is permanently disabled, the car dont start when numberplate lights are plugged in, I have nowhere to plug the reverse light in and the taillights are permanently on when ignition is on (but very dim until you actually turn the lights on)

I was told all of this would occur and the resistors will fix it. so just wanna drop it at an auto elec.

Drivin home tonight I looked in my rear view mirror and could actually see the road behind me... its fantastic haha...

Unfortunately too much work and not enough decent manpower at the moment.

Well while your at it if you know of any maintenance fitters looking for work we are looking for 2...

This country is going to be screwed shortly as there'll be no tradesmen left to fix anything...

Tomorrow ;)

:stickpoke:

...not that I havent looked through the folder already. :)

It will look a lot better when all the blue and the aluminium box underneath is sprayed black. The mudflaps will stay polished stainless...

I dunno

Thoughts???

Not bad at all. Is it going to have a headboard for the tray? Will be interested in seeing the finished product.

Yer man... when I get the bars on there will be a folded headboard to hide and protect the back of the cabin.

got a few decisions to make on that also. continue it with the checkerplate? leave polished? spray black? just use folded sheet?

That looks awesome man :buttrock: id be proud of that just how it is lol. that's mint. If I get an fg turbo ute, and went to a custom tray, youre definitely doing it. :sold: Sweet job!

With the headboard, I reckon continue the checker plate with polished tubing round. If you spray black and of course one day use it, scratch and paint will flake. :nono:

ill AutoCAD somethin up

will however mean there will be no step.
