Unless you want to go to the races, apart from looking good a Plenum won't do much except give you an extra 2 or 3 klm per litre. That's the only thing I noticed when I fitted mine so it will save your hip pocket every week. At 110kph on cruise I can average 6.9 to 7.1 litres per 100 klm, before I stuck it on I was getting 8.9 to 9.3.

Your 968 injectors will struggle to support 350rwkw's.

There's no point cutting corners in the search for more power.

You might save a few dollars, but using hardware that doesn't have the head room to support more power than you actually want is only going to place more stress on the engine and turbo than is necessary.

350 on BA rods could be a bit close to the limit too.

Yeh 350 is very much maxed out on those injectors, 60lb seimens are good for around 450, so its only $400 to upgrade to. As for budgets, id be budgeting for failures like trans if its a auto.

Im pushing my Ba around the power you want for 100,000kms now and still going but I know a few guys that have had there engines go bang, so one thing to stick in your head is make sure you get a very good tuner to tune your car....and also if u change anything on your car get the tune checked straight away instead of thrashing it around.

And dont skimp on servicing reguarly.

No point trying to get 350wkws from an entry level intercooler... the crossover and airbox are still a restriction, though there are poeple that have tuned hard with this stuff and got close to the power, but there's also loads of blown motors as results.

If you do all the mods right, you'll end up with a safe 330-340 and wont have to worry about breaking the motor in the race to find a few extra kws.

320wkws is fairly affordable and easy to do, 350 is starting to push the dollars right up, so decide on what power you really want... being a BA you need to keep the power down to sub 350 in reality.

At the end of the day, you can buy all the right gear or the wrong gear, but the tune is going to make or break the end result.
