When I had it on the hoist I noticed it had what looked like an aftermarket cat and different piping. Sorry this is the only photo I have at the moment but it shows what the cat looks like. Does this look normal or not? Thanks Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/72279-is-this-a-standard-exhaust/ Share on other sites

If it's had the centre muffler removed then that may be the reason for the louder note.Benny Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/72279-is-this-a-standard-exhaust/#findComment-1065619 Share on other sites

Maybe it just had a stuffed cat and that was replaced. either way would the cat be a high flow version or just a cheapo replacement. The Cat body diameter looks a bitt small to flow decent HP any way mate. Looks like you have a bitsa exhaust. I ask because if I get a bigger cooler it might overboost with a higher flowing cat. Then see how your moded exhaust flows. Flash tuner will be your best bang for buck mod.Benny Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/72279-is-this-a-standard-exhaust/#findComment-1065936 Share on other sites
