Adam says it's sealed now (didn't used to be about 5 years ago when I tried to do it) and I saw a info bulletin on the Internet that sealing would be complete by Christmas 2010 (this was back in July earlier this year). So anybody live in the area or driven in that area recently can confirm it's now sealed as well?
