I think it's time that this Tuner be brought to light for the sake of current and future members on here. The point of these forums is so that we help each other out so we don't fall victims to this kind of service! I am sick of getting ripped off and companies thinking that this is fine to do! Name the Tuner and let them fend for themselves if they don't like criticism.

So theres a lesson in it all ...just cause its cheap doesnt mean its good, and also do your homework when you give your car to a tuner. My very 1st tuner was the worst , and I changed tuners till I was happy with the car. Headsex tuned for over a yr now and not one problem.

$400 for a tune?

Hate to say it. but you get what you pay for.

no wonder why you only got 15 mins of dyno time

True but 400 bucks for 15 minutes is good cash, some lawyers cant make that, they sould also not advertise it as a custom tune

Correct danny.

Theres a duty of care from a tuner, and to me they didnt give a toss about your car and spiking to 25psi. Theres one thing il do if that was my engine, but everyones different I guess.

Not when a customer comes back multiple times, and ends up costing 3 - 5 times that amount of time, for no additional cost..
