The point of these forums is so that we help each other out so we don't fall victims to this kind of service! I am sick of getting ripped off and companies thinking that this is fine to do! Name the Tuner and let them fend for themselves if they don't like criticism. My very 1st tuner was the worst , and I changed tuners till I was happy with the car. Headsex tuned for over a yr now and not one problem.
