In at last!, Dave and Robin at Torque Performance, Auckland did the tune for me.

Made 335rwkw, 1200nm on 98 ron, and 278rwkw,950nm on 95 ron. :beerchug:

The 98 tune was around 350, but we decided due to the unavailability of 98 where I live, and the likelihood of a 98 top up on a 95 tank,to take a degree of timing out to be safe. Still lots of go :turboboink: , just need some dry weather to have a squirt.

Really impressed with the torque, makes it so easy to drive, and when that boost comes on , HOLY HELL!! she screams like a jet and goes!

Nice work mate :buttrock::beerchug: , I can understand about the dry weather remark as we've had a sh*t load of rain here on the Sunshine Coast for the last 3 weeks

Its been a little while ( 3 1/2 years but whose counting.)

I got tired of looking at the rusty coolant suply pipe off the thermostat housing so decided chrome was the answer. Could have painted but it never lasts.

Before chroming I took the chance to have a a/n boss welded on the turbo supply line , this allowed me to replace the other rusty pipe that fed the turbo with a braided teflon line.

Back from the chromers, soo shiny!

All fitted with a new coolant line in braided teflon. Also took the chance to re-do the oil supply line, used a speedflow filter this time.

While the pipe was away at the chromers I spent a few nights wrestling braided cover over my radiator hoses and rocker cover vent lines. What a giant PITA! Spiked myself with stainless wire I dont know how often, bloody sore. Beers seemed to numb it though.

Fitted a fuel filter as a temporary catch can/filter on that line as there was a little oil film in the turbo intake. Also took the chance to flush the coolant sytem and add new nulon antifreeze.
