If you only want 250 you shouldn't need valve springs, you may but I wouldn't budget for it.

A tune with a cai and muffler out will get you there.

Use the money you save on a tranny cooler.

Already put a PWR cooler on. Replaced the turbo filter screen and serviced the tranny and diff. I bought it from a big ford dealer and they serviced it just before I picked it up last Wednesday.

wouldnt put a generic tune on my car, it was designed for another car, no cars are the same might hurt some components of your car, get custom tune !

Yey, that's the truth. Iv'e seen and retuned a number of generic tunes that have been waaaay to lean and some with detonation that is scary!

I'm with Henz... I got just over 250rwkw with tune only... no other mods accept K & N and F6 lower intake. You will be looking at around $900 fitted for valve springs so unless you need them for that money you could pay for the custom tune! The tuner will know pretty quick if they aren't up to the task when tuning so just make the call then. My BA's got stock valve springs... they were failing at 300rwkw so power was pulled back a bit until my funds allow to upgrade them and then will get the touch up tune.

Hey, what type of tranny cooler should one look at purchasing? Also, should this cooler run in series with the current cooler or bypass the current set up?

Thanks.

Pwr make bolt on kits. Bypass the current setup as it can cause transmission failures down the track.

I should have 2 grand around febuary, so you reckon with 250 the springs should be okay. What injectors should I get? Chrissy is coming and people are asking what to get me. injectors , cai etc I reckon...

Do tune/ injectors/ muffler out and try get someone to buy you a hi flow cat. That'll get you good power but leaveyou wanting more.

Siemens 60lb or Bosch 968s, but your stock injectors are good for 250 too.

Go to an XR6turbo cruise chat with guys and get them to take you for a spin. Your mind will change hundreds of times.

Me spend what money you have now on sway bars and brakes, do eprformance mods all in one go as money frees up.
