The liquid seems to dry and become flakey. I tried to work out where is was comming from but couldn't tell... Anyone have any ideas of where this could be coming from or what fluid it is? I have a fg xr6t... this pic is to circle where it seems to be coming from, this isnt a pic of my actual cars engine bay

I dont go through laser washes because I've found water and wax inside the engine bay.other than that I have no idea of what is pink, sorry mate

My pink substance was coolant leaked and dried from a pinhole in one of my pipes. Could be coolant?

Very common. $ 5.00 fix if it's that mate, if you do it yourself.
