I heard it was a bit hit and miss in the past with fitting? Been getting a few emails of late saying they are back in stock, and I like the sound of a system that is capable of 600rwkw with the cats in place.... just keen to hear some honest feed back....PM me if you like.CheersBen

I'd say just call the distributor and get them to swap it for the single tip.If your saying they work like sh!t (which you did) then maybe its the tuners fault as 3.5in is 3.5in as far as mandrel systems go or an extremely dodgy cat which in any case whoever fitted the system should have at least had a look first! The old restrictive rear twin tip muffler held back 2-3psi on my car when I changed to the straight through tip. Please do comment on the other 3.5in and 4in systems that you sell and fit like Nizpro as I do know for a fact there fitting is a big hassle also.IMO I think the performance shops who whinge about the xforce gear aren't making enough money from it so go the mega buck systems that prove to be no different as far as performance goes.Stick with the standard system and fit in a pipe from before the cat with a wastegate attached to open under full boost! (have fitted them before) they will be sending a single universal we have to make fit.We do not sell many exhaust systems, we fit what people have purchased elsewhere mainly, some xforce system fit well others don't! I have just had a look through the xforce website again and cannot see a single tip 3.5in oval rear muffler anywhere except here that is the 4in for the FG-xforce. My friend bought his system about 4months ago now and at the time I'm positive they had the straight through on there also so we requested it for his FG turbo and it arrived. As you said you have fitted them before so its got me fcked! What you can see in the first photo on the website for the 4in my mates system for his FG is identical to that but in 3.5in and given there is no info on the 3.5in system for FG on that page I would think its identical as his is so maybe they need a good update on there and to tell there distributors what the hell they are doing...Here is the only pic I could find in my attachments for some reason but shows the internals of the twin muffler looking through from the single 3.5in side to the twins outlets off my BA 3.5in xforce system- I have now gone to a generic (mild steel) 3.5in rear muffler with a stainless tip myself as all stainless was to expensive.I was told by Dave from CPV (blueboost) about the twin muffler being restrictive and the only way he found out was he dropped it off while testing ages ago! I will be looking at the varex or even a flap like the varex muffler uses to quieten it down on warm up as my 4month old will be deaf soon otherwise! I can tell you now the craftmanship between my custom exhaist and an X Force system is certainly not "exactly the same". Without trying to sound arrogant, show me a stock bottom end FG with an X Force system that has more power then my car? There isnt one and I doubt there will be.Its like saying a $30 eye fillet is the same as a Big Mac. They both fill you up!!!I make no money out of recommending my customers to go to a quality exhaust shop but can make 40% profit if I sell an X Force system to a customer. How many 10 second cars do you know that run X Force?

We were playing around the 500hp mark at that point so not massive but the rear muffler without touching a thing made up to 25rwhp but when unbolted at the cat we only gained another 20 but we were at the limit of fuel and possibly turbo. I rang and explained what I'd done to a main supplier in sydney to try & help out but it obviously fell on deaf ears.Since then I've had the rear muffler section replaced with a single 3 1/2 muffler with some massive tips it not only sounds better but theres buggar all restriction. With a missing cat which is like that cause the honeycomb let go after only 3000klm we have with the full exhaust on ran just shy of 600rwkw but I havent done the same excersise to see if there is any restriction at any point but I would have to only speculate that there would have to be.As for fitment what a b!tch from day dot its rattled and banged and that's after its been fixed & modified a few times to try & fix the problem. What im getting at is even though its a $1500 system I think ive spent well over a 1g in getting it to the point its at now. Sometimes ya get lucky and sometimes you don't, Karl's 100% correct spend abit more if you can & get it done right the first time!!!

Without trying to sound arrogant, show me a stock bottom end FG with an X Force system that has more power then my car? There isnt one and I doubt there will be.For starters, yes you do sound arrogant and "exactly the same" means 3.5in is 3.5in! If your ute has 470rwkw then that isn't that much, or is it more? What other mods do you have to support this? Turbo, cams, exhaust manifold, etc? And before you say it I dont care if its on 98octane, any car will reel off those figures "1 time", back to back that for me and tell me the figures without your knock sensors on? I'd rather my engine do this on tolly/fuel mix and or water/meth injection also. How many 10 second cars do you know that run X Force?Who gives a fck, listen to yourself! Do some digging for me and report back if you want...Qik1,I would have thought 600rwkw with the 3.5in system was out of reach but with Dave I suppose anything is possible and I can rest easy that my system has miles of headroom!
