I read in the past there was a lot of issues fitting the nizpro 4inch system to the FG's. Even a few dealers were not recommending them... Anyone know if these problems have been fixed? They are well priced... But....

I had a look at one fitted to a g6 and wow it looked awesome, if I decide to upgrade the turbo I'll get one for sure, but I'll also wait till the have the one with the flapper in the rear muffler, it's too loud for me as it it now, but when the flapper rear muffler is in it won't be much louder than stock at idle and low rpm, it did look to be a great quality exhaust, still can't believe it fits under the car so well and it'd be a shame to drive the car in the wet and get it all dirty LOL

Yeah but did you read the description? Lol

Yes , but with enough time , patience and a tig welder . I bet it can be made to fit. And if the price is right. I have a 4 inch nizpro and with the size its a tight fit but if its set up correctly it should fit fine and not rub or rattle.

I must be honest, im not a fan of the XFORCE systems.

Why not? They have been proven time and time again, are cheap and have been around since the BA's.

I just think they are a bit too cheap Dillz, and that comments not based on their price.

I agree, they have attributed to some strong results from our cars, undoubted. But I believe to get to that next level above the masses, you cant go past a well built custom system.

I prefer to sell and promote only products I would use on my personal car and ones I have confidence in.

Just my opinion :innocent:

I couldnt agree more karl!

I think I might be heading brians way sometime soon, although he is very very busy atm. :bangcomputer:

There is a guy down the coast who did the work on chris's old ute who might be a goer, Done some pretty awesome work on that.

With the turbo I have I need as little back pressure as possible, so might even axe the cat :innocent:

I'll be grabbing a varex rear muffler when I can cheap as although the noise of my xforce single 3.5in system that is catless is good I do have a 4month old baby girl and although it puts her to sleep she will no doubtedly be deaf at those frequency once older!

On the Nizpro 4in system I have heard they are a bitch to fit as they hit this and that, just not enough room for the big 4in (there is but only just) and then you have the problem once hot they expand!

xforce for the price and I have had mine fitted for easy 3yrs now and not a single problem, I just removed the cat a few weeks ago for the piece of pipe and it looks new still allbut sooty.

To each his own though if you have money to burn :spoton:

This is rather disapponting given the time it took to develop and release the product.

I have an SMB 4" from Turbo to cannon muffler tip and it has no issues bolting up or hitting anything at all, even once its hot & expanded. These systems have been in production and have been used by some highly powered 6T's since probably 2006, so to say that there isnt enough room is rubbish.

Unless Nizpro have tried to tuck thier exhaut closer to the floorpan for more clearance, it shouldnt be an issue fitting a 4" at all!
