Rusty XR6T Donating Members 516 Member For: 15y 1m 4d Gender: Male Posted 08/12/10 09:50 PM Author Share Posted 08/12/10 09:50 PM well I guess you could compare transflective to gps in an iphone, they say its GPS, everyone thinks its GPS yet it has never recieved a lat and long fix from a satellite in its life This unit like everything the company I work for sell have no gimmics, the brightness of the LCD panel is 1000cm/2 whereas a normal LCD is around the 250cm/2 mark.I know transflective sort of work in the sun, but when you have direct sunlight glaring directly onto the panel head on you get the same symptoms of a normal LCD, whereas this unit will operate as per normal and look just as good in direct head on sun light.Anyway I have this great piece of kit available and was just seeing if anybody was interested.
