g'day guys, I have a ford rear housing which has a ford stamp on my bf tornado, but the front housing has been changed and is a .7 comp cover

it also has a 4 inch intake pipe.. im a bit confused as to what internals it has and what benefit it has?

A little hard to tell mate without knowing more details. You can have the .7 comp cover with the standard internals..

Didn't the previous owner leave you much details about what was done?

not really no. :(

I have been told that if it has a 4 inch intake it might be t04z internals, but when I look at the impellor it looks pretty standard size?

im not sure what to think.

at what rpm would a 35/40 with a .7 comp cover and standard internals start to spool, and at what rpm would a 35/40 with a .7 comp cover

and t04z internals start to spool?

theres no difference in my opinion.more than likely its just a .7 comp cover,I had this mod originally.. was good for a few extra hp

I didnt and it didnt show up on the dyno,im running an eboost and had the boost coming on pretty hard..so I never noticed the difference.

a t04z wheel is 66mm over the standard 61mm so you could try and measure it.

cheers lee
