atomic or crow vsprings seem to be the go. Dont know any cars holding 20psi or more with the crow springs so maybe look around the forum and ask people in the 400+ threads if you can find any.

set of f6 springs on here going cheap

as everyone else says your bottleneck will be valve springs and your clutch/gearbox. Just don't thrash it and the box should hold up for a while, but one day the box or the motor will get tired of living.

whats the max boost/ power rating for the f6 springs? is it really worth it or pay bit extra for atomic???

also with springs what power you guys thinking for my mods.. I was thinking/hoping maybe 330 - 340rwkw????

might as well get atomic v/springs if your gonna change them.. anything after 250 your box's timer will start ticking.. but theres a few that have handled 300 before

I think you are being very unrealistic at that rwkw your rods will probably fail. If your tuner is fool enough to put that much power thru your current configuration , I guarantee it wont leave the dyno without at least either engine or gearbox failure.

I am running 14psi and have 350 at the treads on F6 springs. Will be upgrading mine before I push it any harder.
