The engine out of our TTG in our Monaro would make the Monaro a very very nice economical 10 second cruiser

I really belive 80% of hotrods, cortinas, capri's have chevs in them. and that boat anchor weighs alot more than a ls1.

IBOO57 Member 538 Member For: 15y 8m 7d Posted 30/11/10 09:22 AM Share Posted 30/11/10 09:22 AM I dont have a problem with an LS# in a FORD at all?Lighter than the V8 that you could get in them, makes more power for less money?Parts supply and support is huge!! As stated Chevs have been getting put in Fords Chryslers etc for more than 60 years so not exactly a new concept. That R33 is a top idea also. Ive fantasised about a series 1 Jag XJ6 with a Barra T for some time now..... Maybe the Jag IRS in a Falcon is a better idea though
