I bet it goes a lot harder than any boat anchor (BOSS) power BA :stirthepot:

Mick @ Pitlane ran an 11.67 in an unopened BOSS  ... So I doubt it...

why not just buy the farkin commodore , fair enough if you just happened to have an LS1 and a spare ford shell then put it together but to do it on purpose is just stupid.

Really holdens don't look that bad .

now a barra T in a late model monaro that would be cool.

To me that would be a match made in heaven. :innocent:

The engine out of our TTG in our Monaro would make the Monaro a very very nice economical 10 second cruiser :stirthepot:

really whats the difference, people have been putting chevs in fords for years. I really belive 80% of hotrods, cortinas, capri's have chevs in them. and that boat anchor weighs alot more than a ls1.

the skyline sounded unbeleivable even at idle, then at full boost was something else, pulled 930hp and the motors only an hour old....

have seen the ba also, sounds pretty tough goes alright to, lit em up doin 80 easy haha :buttrock:

I dont have a problem with an LS# in a FORD at all?

Lighter than the V8 that you could get in them, makes more power for less money?

Parts supply and support is huge!!

As stated Chevs have been getting put in Fords Chryslers etc for more than 60 years so not exactly a new concept.

That R33 is a top idea also.

Ive fantasised about a series 1 Jag XJ6 with a Barra T for some time now..... :turboboink:

Maybe the Jag IRS in a Falcon is a better idea though :stirthepot:
