wagnman Member 567 Member For: 15y 2m 30d Posted 24/11/10 03:33 AM Share Posted 24/11/10 03:33 AM Personally I think the AC is weak compared to my 200 series Landcruiser and my old VY SS.The aircon in the G6ET doesnt seem to get anywhere near as cold as the cruiser and definately doesnt blow any where near as much air either.I have had the LH wing mirror replaced to fix up the common error in the outside temp which reputedly helps the ac function better but to be honest it still struggles very badly on days anywhere over 28 degrees. prudent Member 21 Member For: 14y 9m 5d Posted 25/11/10 12:15 AM Share Posted 25/11/10 12:15 AM Its the stupid AUTO climate control.If you could manually turn the AC on and leave it on, I don't think many find it will have problems cooling.In mine, you can hear the compressor turning off and staying off, when I want it cooler.If it thinks cabin temperature is sufficient it will cycle the compressor, and there's nothing you can do the switch the compressor back on to start cooling.WE NEED MANUAL AC CONTROLS BACK FORD!
