Lol. The same thing happened to my car at the same place but I wasn't sure if you took yours there as well. I replaced the inectors there on site and I put the crossover back on and didn't tighten it well (my fault). But then they tuned the car and got over 300rkw the first run and then all they made was about 275rkw. They took the car for a test drive and told me all is good but you have a weak actuator. I said o.k and took the car and left. On the road I could here a boost leak. Low and behold I found that I had left the pipe loose and that's how it was tuned. I went straight back and they touched up the tune to suit. I mean if I figured out that there was a boost leak and they didn't???

well you are right I am doubting if the valve springs and injectors are done now!!! you would never know would you!!! I will put it down to a bad experience for sure. Funny thing is if the hose was not loose I probably would not have checked guess it was a good thing that the hose was loose. Any Idea to check if the valve springs and injectors have been done!!! without taking the rocker cover off??

You can't check for the valve springs mate, but you can see the injectors easily. 6Olbs Seimens injectors are black and your original ones are blue so just have a look at them and you'll know straight away.

Ok that's a relief then my injectors are black, could not remember what colour the originals were haha, that makes me feel a bit better then. Its back getting retuned for free now so I cannot really complain. Hopefully Its a bit better this time.

Cheers

Ok Car is back and all good, Most Problems have been fixed and its going well, Car has a little bit of a rough idle now and stalls occasionally with the Air-con tuned on.

Ended up with 278 RWKW which is not too bad not really after anymore than that at this stage!! Dont think the standard clutch would be up to anymore than that and also the gearbox for that matter. Thanks for the helpful suggestions everyone :roflmbo:

Rough idle and stalls with the air con on? WTF.. I'd be taking it back mate.. Bit of a rough idle ya can live with, but if it stalls that's dangerous man..

After reading these forums I found stalling problem it was 2 wires going into a black plug at an angle into the head on the drivers side were melted and shorting out, Problem fixed.

Is that the cam angle sensor at the rear of the head? If the car was tuned with a faulty sensor the mixtures etc. would now be all over the place? How come they didn't notice that either? Being a manual with the mods you have it should have over 300 at the rear. All I know is that you can't custom tune these cars in half an hour, and that's how long they had my car on the dyno for. I'd be looking at another tuner mate.
