What is it? Auto or manual?

What cooler?

You will need to do cat as well if you want around 300rwkw, although then your auto will die or just gearbox if 5 speed manual...

But generally, valve springs, fuel pump, cat, cooler and injectors should see 300rwkw... Depending on how much boost standard actuator will hold...

Next step is actuator and turbo wastegate mod... Will see around 330-40...

Valve springs are a full day, Probably day and a half to finish it.

You'll need the tuner to install the injectors though as it won't run well with them.

we now install the NEW WALBRO GSS340 as we have found the GSS340 to work better in FORD BA, BF and FG models as it has a larger inlet for better fuel pick up.

is this true guys ? better than the GSS341 ?

if it takes a tuner a day to do the valve springs they arent very good at it.

2 to 3 hours is all you need I have done over 30 sets and it is not a days work.
