Well, I said to Dan and to everyone I believed the figure of 328 ish. This car was BRAND new with only 60 odd KMS on the clock. The sound the feel and the drive impressed me so much. I am so proud to say I am a Ford man right now more then ever. To know I have been standing by a product for my entire life and then have it come into a league of its own in this way makes me feel so bloody good.

I took Treveor from Perth Street Car for a drive and he was very very impressed, as am I.

Well done FPV, Well done FORD.

Thanks

Simon XFT

The torque reduction on gear shifts etc is the same as it was on FG XR6T/F6, quite intrusive but something that certainly helped the car when in a wheel spin situation. In saying that if you remove all of these you will certainly have the issues that we have had for some years and end up having to spend money on drive train components.

Read all this before to be honest. Its funny how it takes a forum sponsor to show the evidence before anyone believed it though. I'm happy that maybe people will start believing the power figures now. Thanks XFT

Maybe if it had tyres wider than 245 the mph would be higher and the times lower too.

Haha not really, but some of the posts being thrown around about this car just make me shake my head and would make baby jesus cry.

I'm just glad it has now been tested on a THIRD dyno and pumped out the same power as the other two.

hell yeh! I might have my next company car right there.

One of these wiht exhaust intake and tune will be beautiful and by the time Im ready to buy one (two to three years off) my G6ET will probably be past it's practicality for a daily anyway lol (I am totally drooling over a full atomic rebuild, high mount etc etc in a couple of years time).
