Has anyone else noticed that the plastic near where the seatbelt retracts from the pillar is wearing on the front edges?

Both of my front seatbelts are rubbing on the plastic and causing it to wear away....... Can't be good for the belt as well as the plastic is looking a bit average.

Both wife and I are 6 foot tall, maybe this will only effect the taller drivers?

LOL, I'm over 6ft. and I'm fat, don't want to look now.

Actually I've noticed a few scuffs. Nothing too serious. Kinda makes me wish the BA had that soft, leathery interior the AU had. Would have made the BA look REALLY classy.

XR6na what posie do you keep the seat belt adjuster in? might have something to do with it

Both are always fully up.

I even double checked this.....

At my 15,000kms service today I showed this to them and they are going to replace the panels, obviously the new ones will wear too.

I guess I will have to keep replacing them until the warrenty runs out!

After reading this thread I had a look and discovered that mine is showing signs of wear too. It's only very minor and I would have never noticed if I hadn't been looking for it. I'm not too worried about it.

Both sides, and both the main B pillar trilm and the actual guide the seatbelt runs in and out of ;)

Dunno if I can be bothered with it as a warranty thing.... Maybe next year ;)
