Without revealing too tooo much they are pretty much stocko. Believe me. We have pushed it too the limit and had to take it back to ford where a download was neede to clear the memory as it went into limp home mode. Believe me the rev lmiter is your best friend. An engine is no good with a hole in the bonnet. However the drag of lights and the extra weight impedes on the speed. The car is as fast as your ability to drive it. Gandolf the white would say that too if he left middle earth and went on cruises along Cavil Ave. There is always some trade secrets though hahaha Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/7149-rev-limiter/page/4/#findComment-64165 Share on other sites

Posted 13/11/03 10:39 PM Share Posted 13/11/03 10:39 PM I have been cruising the NT roads for ~ 10,000k in the T, all most all of it "at speed" and on checking my oil yesterday, it was below the "ADD" line and I can't get the @#$%$ filler car off (might get some stilsons!) But I am thinking as harasn suggests, a Oil cooler may me a requirement for me If I'm to continue driving this way in the heat.
