Got off the Sprit of Tas at like 7am, got picked up and went home to see a mound of parts in my room, couldnt wait and had to fit em up. You get fairly bored in tassie and that's not good, for compulsive buying...

Anyway, what new sh*t I put on:

Nizpro battery kit

Nizpro 4" Intake

Nizpro Stage 2 cooler

Firstly, the cooler (bought off mrmackie, top bloke) is from there stage 2 kit, which is ment to have a plenum, I dont have a plenum. I ended up emailing Alex from Plazmaman, who was a great help and answered all my questions.. Ordered the coldside and got it sent home.

The intake and battery kit was bought off Lozza for a steal IMO.. Great buying second hand stuff for the price, sh*t for no instructions lol.. Not that im blaming anyone I usually chuck mine out too hhaah.. So it was a bit of mucking around and thanks to Danny (headsex) and Turbo6FG it made some sence..

Got the old man and a mate to help, all up took us about 6hrs with breaks and alot of trial and error(battery tray) The cold side pipes had to be trimmed down and had to get the bov hole welded up, and on a sat at around midday, we just got it done before the place closed.

The battery tray is still not 100% as I cant seem to find my std battery parts needed to go along with the Nizzy setup (had a different battery relocate setup, but coldside pipes wouldnt clear, so had to change to the nizpro setup) So if anyone has a spare std battery kit lying around ill grab it off ya..

The 4" intake is a huge mofo and I'd love to hear it at full boost but will have to wait till the tune.. Anyone know what it sounds like? Dose or flutter?

Other mods are, siemens 60 pounders, valve springs, walbro intank, centre muff removed and Plazma hot side pipes. Currently running around 250rwkw's, which im happy with as nothing 'should' break (auto, engine) Exhaust is standard, but im tempted to chuck an aftermarket cat in there, and should be good for 300ish atw's.. I can hear Danny saying, "do your wastegate and actuator", which is what I should do and then tune all at once.. But then my auto would prob let go and I aint got the dosh to fix atm.. So ill prob just get the retune and put along for a while..

The new intake should make driving in summer alot better, partly why I got the new gear anyway, the lil wog cooler and semi standard setup I had wasnt up to the task..

Forgot to add, the boost sensor that went to the ubp, I understand that I need to relocate it, extend the wires, but which pipes do I connect it to hot or cold? Hotside would be a pain in the ASS.

Cheers Mike..

Mate it doesn't matter which side it goes on but you need to have the adapter to place it in. Ask alex to make you a small pipe with the adapter welded in and then splice one of your silicon hoses and fit it in series.

Should do the cat anyway, for 169 plus say 100 to fit it'll help the car make the power. 300s will be easy with your setup, my old one handled just over 300rwkw for 6'months, then another 6 of 330, so I vote just see how it goes.
