I took my old mats out of my BA to put in my BF2 xr6 turbo

Anywya long story short the mat actually stuck the accelerator flat one nite and that was the end of those mats they are gone now.

Are the BF mats any different ? Also how do u fit that little thing that clips the mat to the floor so it cant move. ???

Thanks

yeah hence why when I took my car into you I moved the mat lol.

Imagine the mat sticking to the floor on the hwy when your already doing 120.

Not the best feeling ive had. gets to 180 very fast though lol. So now im driving with no mat on my side until I find something better coz id prefer not to die

I've had it on a wet day get stuck on in 3rd, and the clutch stick in. I just cut the floor mats so they slide under the seat more.

Fork the floor mats off on the drivers side, I make sure my shoes are clean before I hop in (bang the fick out of them until you have no ankles)

Had the same problem.

$5.00 and five minutes to solve the problem at a local carpet place. Had the 'top' of the carpet cut off and retrimmed with the existing trim. Basically the carpet finishes where the the fire wall starts - NO carpet mat under any of the pedals.

The B series XR mats attach via two hooks on the drivers' side. Provided that the hooks are in use this system appears to work properly. I certainly have never had any issues whatsoever. That however is one example. It would be valuable for all to learn if the issues reported above occurred when the hooks are in use.

With respect to the B series FPV mats, these attach via a button stud. Whilst the FPV mats look fine, look out.
